Meet The Team

The Legacy

Our motivation and determination, along with this company's future success, are driven by the men who raised us and built our family here in America. Soon after their parents migrated from Lebanon in pursuit of the American dream John and Ralph Farhat, brothers, instilled in us the importance of family, opportunity, and freedom. They are our legacy, who we stand for, and why we built this company. Everyday Developments is for the Farhat's, our late fathers, their families, and ALL families who also want to pursue the American dream of home ownership.
